How do I get my clothes into Stylor?
You photograph them in the Stylor app, one piece at a time. The background is removed for you, so a photo taken on your bedroom floor comes back as a clean cutout on nothing — that is what makes a piece usable in an outfit.
The website is the other half: it is where you browse what you have, put outfits together on a board, and decide which stylists can see any of it. Adding a piece, and making anything public, happen in the app.
Open your wardrobe→Who can see my wardrobe?
You, and nobody else, until you say otherwise. A new account is private, and so is every piece, outfit and collection in it.
Making something public is a decision you take in the app, one piece and one outfit at a time. Your style profile — your sizes, your fit preferences, your measurements — is never public, whatever else you share.
Your privacy settings→How do I let a stylist see my wardrobe, and how do I stop?
On the Profile access page. You share three things separately — your style profile, your wardrobe, and your outfits and collections — and each one is No access, Can view, or Can edit. A stylist you have booked can ask for access, and the request appears there for you to answer.
Can edit lets a stylist add pieces, correct the details of ones you own, and mark what they think you should keep, alter, replace or sell. It never lets them delete anything from your wardrobe. You can lower any of the three, or stop sharing altogether, at any moment — it takes effect immediately.
Profile access→What does Stylor cost?
Stylor is free to try, and then it runs on a subscription. Working with a stylist is priced by that stylist, in their own currency, and you see the price before you book anything.
Prices on this site are never converted. A stylist who works in euros and in dollars has set both numbers themselves, and which of the two you are reading follows your account — the rest of us read the one for where you are.
Browse stylists→What happens if I delete my account?
Your wardrobe goes, with its photos. So do your outfits, your capsules and collections, your style profile, everyone you follow and everyone following you, every profile you shared and every profile shared with you, and all of your share links — so anything you sent somebody stops working.
Bookings and orders stay with the stylist on the other side of them, and so do the messages in them, as their record of their own work, with your name and details removed. There is no grace period and nothing can be restored, which is why the page asks you to type the word DELETE.
