1. Use of the Site

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Prohibited conduct

• Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harmful, invasive of privacy or otherwise objectionable;

If you submit any information or content to the Site (e.g., by filling out the waitlist form), you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, display and store such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third‑party rights.

When you join our waitlist, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials (if applicable) and for all activities that occur under your account.

Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails about our launch, updates, marketing and other information related to Stylor. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided in our emails or by contacting us.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Stylor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stylor and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Warsaw, Poland.
