These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stylor mobile application and associated websites (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Stylor Co. ("Stylor," "we," "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
This document applies to users located in Poland, Germany and Ukraine. Wherever these Terms refer to "consumer" rights, they reflect mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and national laws. Under the Digital Services Act, we offer these Terms in clear and plain language and make them easily accessible before you use our Service.
Stylor provides fashion‑related digital content and services. Features may include (i) style recommendations based on the information you submit, (ii) personalised outfit suggestions, (iii) tools to upload photos or other content, (iv) social features that allow you to interact with other users, and (v) optional premium features. Stylor is constantly evolving; we may add or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Under Ukrainian civil law, parents or guardians may provide consent on behalf of minors.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, you must promptly notify us.
In accordance with Article 8 of the Polish Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, our Terms specify the types and scope of services, conditions for providing them and complaint procedures. You must have a compatible device and Internet access to use the Service. Certain features may require enabling cookies, JavaScript or push notifications.
You agree not to submit or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise prohibited by law. You must also refrain from uploading viruses or malware or interfering with the proper operation of the Service.
By registering for or using the Service, you enter into a contract with us. You may terminate the contract at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, including non‑payment of fees (where applicable), misuse of the Service, or violation of applicable laws. Upon termination, we may delete your content or retain it as required by law.
For consumers residing in the European Union, including Poland and Germany, you have the right to withdraw from a distance or off‑premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at hello@stylor.co before the 14‑day period has expired. You may use the EU standard withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
Exceptions apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium when you have expressly agreed to the supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw once the performance has begun. When you purchase digital content or services within the app and request immediate performance, you agree that Stylor may begin providing the service and that you will lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the cooling‑off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You are not required to pay any fees as a result of the refund.
The basic version of Stylor is free of charge. We may offer optional premium features on a subscription or one‑off basis. Prices will be clearly displayed before you place an order. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price. Taxes or charges may vary depending on your location. We may change prices and features, but we will notify you in advance. Payment processing may be handled by third‑party providers; we are not responsible for their actions.
You retain ownership of the photos, comments and other content you submit ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Stylor a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish and display such content to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, text, graphics, logos and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You may view and download materials for your personal, non‑commercial use.
Pursuant to the Polish Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, users have the right to submit complaints regarding the Service. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@stylor.co. Your complaint should include: (i) your name and contact details; (ii) a description of the issue; and (iii) any relevant evidence. We will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional acts or gross negligence, damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, or liability under product liability law. In other cases, Stylor's liability for slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or loss of data) unless required by law. These limitations apply to our officers, employees and agents.
We may modify or update the Service or these Terms to reflect changes in technology, law, or our business. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your habitual residence (e.g., Germany or Ukraine). Any disputes arising from these Terms may be submitted to the courts of Poland. Consumers may also use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek redress through their local consumer protection authority. We do not agree to participate in any alternative dispute resolution procedure unless required by law.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at hello@stylor.co.
